Followed Wye valley down to Boughrood. Climbed over the Brecons/Black Mountains towards Bwlth.

Fat lunch involving pork pie and tabasco. Bridge over Usk upstream from Crickhowell. Joined canal shortly after and ran to Llanfoist along it. Bit of faff through town - camping to East of Abergavenny, fiver a night.

81km (including round trip to supermarket and back in Abergavenny), 4hr30, 18.1km/h
